Training Session (2-13-05)
On Saturday (February 12) Troy Valdovino and Andrew Knudson had a training session. Interestingly,
Nick Murphy and Jeff Chong did not attend this session. Their absence may be due to Troy's recent hostilities towards
his fellow team members. One thing is for sure though, Andrew remains loyal to his teacher.

Alliance is Formed! (9 - 15 - 04)
Troy Valdovino and Jeff Chong have joined forces to create the most dominate martial arts team at John F. Kennedy High
School. Both Troy and Jeff have been in martial arts for a long time, and the next logical step was to compile a team.
Thus, the most prominent fighters in the area were gathered. Having superior technique in both groundwork and standup,
Team Troy has numerous victories over the opposing team, KMAC (Kennedy Martial Arts Club.) The sky is the limit for
this young MMA team.
